What is Soil Connect, and how does it work?

Soil Connect is a tech-enabled platform designed to streamline the sourcing, tracking, and management of dirt, soil, and aggregates. It acts as a marketplace that connects contractors, landscapers, and construction professionals with materials they need, while also helping those with excess dirt or aggregates find buyers or recycling opportunities.

Here’s how it works:

Create an Account: Sign up for free to access the platform.
Browse or Post Listings: Search for materials you need or post available dirt, aggregates, or services.
Connect and Transact: Communicate with other users to coordinate pickups, deliveries, or sales directly.
Leverage Additional Features: Use tools like eSignatures, digital tracking, and project management to simplify your operations.

Soil Connect helps save time, reduce costs, and make dirt-related transactions more efficient and sustainable.

Do I need an account to use the platform?

You can create an account to post your own dirt needs or you can contact the Soil Connect Team of Dirt Pros to help you offline! You do not need an account to get or get rid of dirt with the Soil Connect Team

Are there any fees for using Soil Connect?

Soil Connect helps save developers, contractors, haulers and brokers make closer connections when sourcing or disposing of soil. When you need to find dirt, get rid of dirt, or manage your dirt hauling progress, Soil Connect is the solution for you!

Here’s how it works:

Create an Account: Sign up for free to access the Marketplace Platform;
Post if you Have or Need Dirt, or Contact the Soil Connect Team of Dirt Pros directly;
If you are a first time customer, sign an agreement to pay project-specific agreement to pay a $.75 per yard fee for dirt that is sourced or disposed of by Soil Connect OR become a Subscribing Customer and get a discounted per yard fee of $.50-$.65 per yard depending on your Subscription Level;
Leverage Additional Features: Subscribing Customers get unlimited digital load tracking, import/export production management software, tailored hauling volume and velocity reporting, and other project management tools - at the bottom: Soil Connect helps save time spent finding and tracking dirt, reduces your dirt and dirt hauling costs, and makes dirt-related work easier for you!
